There are times when SureThing is unable to read the playlist from the CD. If this is the case, you will need to create your playlist from scratch. To begin, click File>New from the main menu. The Select Label Stock screen appears. Pick your product type and label stock; then click Next.
The Custom Backgrounds screen appears. It's usually easier to choose a background later, so click Next. This brings you to the Smartdesigns screen of the wizard. Make sure the, "Use SmartDesigns", checkbox is checked and Audio CD is selected. Press Next.
The finish screen appears. Select the, "Use Playlist Manager" option and press Finish.
