In all these examples I've selected the text and pressed Ctrl-Shift-M (Format>New Paragraph) to use strictly line breaks (<BR>) instead of paragraph breaks (<P>).  This just makes it a bit more clear as to where the line breaks are being added.

To do this, I created a style called, "Normal2":

Format>Edit Style Sheets
Select the 'Normal' style
Type a name into the 'Style' field.  (above the style names)
Click "New", then "Edit"
Set the formatting options, OK
Select the text on the page.  (the table had to be selected separately)
Switch the main style pulldown to "Normal2" 

You can also export this style sheet for use in other pages.  This way you can make changes globally.

To to this go to Format>Export Style Sheet and save the file.
Open each page you want to use the style in and go to Format>Edit Style Sheets
Select the 'Style Sheets' tab
Click on "Add Link", and browse for the file.
